Chair Massage

If your goal is relaxation, better sleep, pain management, recovery, improving mobility, or reducing inflammation- this massage is for you.
Sessions may incorporate swedish, myofascial release, stretching, and lymphatic drainage as appropriate.

60-Minute Session
A personalized full or partial body session designed to address tension, pain, or mobility concerns.

75-Minute Session
Not too long or too short, just right!

90-Minute Session
An extended session allowing deeper work, recovery, and full-body integration.

Therapeutic Massage

For First through third trimester with doctor's approval. Prenatal massage is a gentle, pregnancy-safe massage that helps relieve common discomforts like back pain, tension, and swelling. Marianna is certified in prenatal massage and trained in techniques specific to pregnancy to safely support comfort and relaxation.

The "reverse massage"
Great for pain management, scar tissue, inflammation, mobility, and more!
Cupping therapy uses suction to lift muscle fibers and pull blood to the surface of the skin, allowing for increased blood flow, supporting the release of impurities by stimulating the lymph system and speeding recovery.

Cupping + Massage

This service includes a gentle facial massage using glass cups as well as the scalp, neck, and shoulders.

Facial cupping will help stimulate collagen production, decrease swelling, minimize the appearance of scars, and reduce muscle tension. It does not leave dark marks or bruises.
